Sweet, smoky roasted leeks are paired with our rich, house-made romesco sauce and finished with delicate slices of Serrano ham, served with crusty bread for the perfect bite.
Our romesco is made in-house using roasted peppers, almonds, garlic, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, oregano and sea salt, creating a bold, slightly smoky flavour that brings the whole dish together.

We swap the Serrano ham for aubergine and sun dried tomatoes, keeping all the richness and flavour.
